This package is made for the expatriate who comes alone or with a partner, but without children

- Expatriates starters package
- We provide a couple of handy maps and booklets for the expatriate
- House hunting
- Based on a questionnaire we present a couple of housing possibilities.
We then go house-hunting for a total of two days, to find the perfect home for the expatriate
- Lease
- We negotiate the best possible deal and are present when the lease is signed
The registration of the lease at the commune is also taken care of
- Utilities
- We take care of all utilities such as water, electricity, television and telephone
- Insurance
- We give advice on the different types of insurance for the house, family and others
- Commune registration
- We help with the registration at the commune and different documents such as an ID or drivers license
- Additional information
- We give additional information on the different hospitals, doctors, plumbers and more
- Help service
- We provide a help service for any practical or technical issues you may have
2. Family package
This package is made for the expatriate who comes along with his whole family
and is in need of extra assistance with schooling and/or childcare
The family package comes with everything the single package has to offer
and more, such as:
- Education
- We do all of the research and offer you a list of optional schools/day care-centers we can visit.
When the school is chosen, we take care of all administrative hassle, too.
3. VIP package
The last package comes with everything we have to offer
It's made for high level personnel who are in need of exceptional care and treatment
- Initial contact
- Information on the different areas, housing and pricing
- Welcome
- We arrange a welcome meeting at the airport, hotel or office of choice
- Expatriates starters package
- We provide a couple of handy maps and booklets for the expatriate
- Area discovery
- Half a day of sightseeing and area discovery
- House hunting
- Based on a questionnaire, we decipher the needs and demands of the expatriate.
We then go house-hunting for a total of three days, to find the perfect home
- Education
- We do all of the research and offer you a list of optional schools/day care-centers we can visit.
When the school is chosen, we take care of all administrative hassle, too.
- Lease
- We negotiate the best possible deal and are present when the lease is signed
Also we take care of the registration of the lease at the commune

- Removal
- Executive Assistance is the liaison with the removal company
- Household appliances

Outgoing
- Lease contract
- Executive Assistance prepares and sends the letter of notification at least 3 months prior to moving
We also inform the HR department and the expatriate of the fees to be paid to the landlord due to breaking the lease
- Moving
- We take care of organizing the move by contacting different moving companies and obtaining the best possible deal
If needed, we organize parking spaces.
- Outgoing inventory
- Executive Assistance sets up a meeting with a real-estate expert and is present during his expertise.
We explain everything that has to be done before leaving the house.
- Cleaning
- We contact different cleaning companies and gardeners to obtain the best possible price to get the house cleaned when
the expatriate leaves the house
- Utilities
- Executive Assistance takes care of disconnecting all utilities, such as water, gas, electricity and internet connection.
We inform all authorities of the expatriate's departure
and return any rented devices such as a rented telephone or decoder.
- Commune
- We return any certificates you may still have, such as your identity card or driver's license to the commune if necessary
and take care of the "change of residence" certificate.
- Bank guarantee
- We help with the recuperation of the bank guarantee once all payments have been done
- Insurance
- We take care of cancelling all insurance policies and obtaining reimbursement if possible
- Mail
- By changing the address at the post office, we have your mail forwarded for up to three months
- Domestic pets
- Not only do we take care of the humans, but we also help with the outgoing formalities for pets
- Cars
- We return the license plates to the DIV and recollect the reimbursement for the circulation tax for you
